NEW CLINICAL IT SYSTEM

On 2nd March 2026, the practice will be changing to a new clinical IT system. During this period, there may be some temporary disruption to our services.

  • New patient registrations will be suspended from now until week commencing 6th April 2026.
  • Only urgent appointments will be available during the changeover period: from Thursday 26th February to Tuesday 10th March
  • To support a smooth transition of patient medications, from Friday 23rd January until Thursday 26th February, where possible, we will issue your nominated pharmacy with a two months’ supply of your repeat medication. Your pharmacy will dispense this to you one month at a time. You can request your next prescription as normal in two months’ time.

Further updates will be shared closer to the changeover date.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
